The Cinema Designer are delighted to announce that Ian Sutton has joined our team, in the position of Global Insights Director.
As a member of the senior management team, Ian is responsible for driving the ambitious strategic growth plan for the business. He will be instrumental in delivering value to home theatre designers and manufacturers with the world's first and only online home theatre and media room design software.
Ian has over 35 years’ experience in the audio-visual industry. He joins TCD from PMC where he held the position of UK Divisional Director. In this role, he led a team of four in the distribution of luxury audio products.
A board member at the hi-fi industry trade association, Clarity, Ian has extensive experience managing luxury brands, sales performance, and channel development. His previous professional tenures include 14 years of retail business development at Bowers & Wilkins, and management roles at Audio T and Celestion.
Guy Singleton, creator of TCD, says, “I am thrilled that Ian is joining our team. Ian’s reputation and the respect he commands within the industry precede him. On a personal level, Ian and I go way back, but this will be our first venture together and I am thrilled to have him on board.
